1. Scope and acceptance
These draft terms apply to the Zaredon prototype, website and local Design CI tools. By using the service, a user agrees to follow these terms and all applicable laws.
2. Prototype availability
Zaredon is currently an evaluation prototype. Features may change, become unavailable or contain errors. It must not be relied upon as the sole control for production, regulated or safety-critical systems.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Users are responsible for account security, authorized repository access and all activity performed through their workspace. Attempts to disrupt the service, access another customer's data or use the service unlawfully are prohibited.
4. Customer content
Customers retain ownership of their source code, Design Systems and uploaded content. A limited right to process that content is granted only to provide requested functionality.
5. Fees and subscriptions
No payment is currently collected by this prototype. Before paid plans launch, prices, billing intervals, taxes, renewal behavior and cancellation controls will be presented before purchase.
6. Warranties and liability
The prototype is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or perfect detection. Final warranty, liability cap and governing-law language require legal review before commercial launch.
7. Termination
Users may stop using the prototype at any time. Zaredon may restrict access when needed to protect users, systems or legal compliance.

This document prepares the prototype structure for future commercial use. It must be reviewed with the final legal entity, jurisdictions, payment provider and product behavior before accepting payments.
